Performance use:

DAEON4110 scale inhibitor for FCC oil slurry has good scale inhibition, cleaning, dispersing and compatibilization.

Mainly used in catalytic cracking slurry system

To improve the heat exchange effect of heat exchanger

Reducing the return temperature of slurry

Increase the amount of steam produced

At the same time, it can reduce the pressure drop of slurry system, reduce the amount of oil slurry rejection, increase the bottom temperature of distillation column, and increase the yield of light oil.

Usage method：

Can be directly injected into the metering pump or diluted with diesel oil into 20-50% solution.

It is suggested that the injection port be opened at the extraction port of the fractionating column, and the amount is usually between 50-200ppm.

In the new equipment or pipeline after the start of the week before the double injection, in order to form a good protective coating on the equipment and pipeline surface.
