Performance use:

DAEON311 corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit H20-HCI-H2S corrosion of crude distillation process, widely used in the low temperature region of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process can also be used to delay the corrosion, corrosion coking plant coking tower, and gasoline and diesel hydrotreating process in hydrogenation air cooling system corrosion inhibition or catalytic cracking fractionation system device.

Usage method：

The original or 5-20% (according to the configuration of metering pump range dependent) solution is injected directly into the corrosion system with metering pump, injection volume was 20-50ppm (in original plan), used in hydrogenation unit when the injection volume was about 50-100ppm, the first 10 days period should be double membrane injection.

Packaging storage and transportation:

200L drum, net weight 200kg/ barrel. Or other forms of packaging in accordance with user requirements. According to general chemicals storage and transportation, avoid the sun, stored in ventilated dry place.
